The Mission
Our mission is to support, inform, and direct families in the ensuing period after a premature birth. We partner with health organizations, service providers, and other parents of preemies to provide families and their preterm babies with relevant and current information to ensure their well-being. We believe that all children deserve a chance to meet their life potential.

Did You Know?
Premature birth is a growing global concern, affecting millions of families each year. According to the World Health Organization, 13.4 million babies were born prematurely in 2020, and this number continues to rise.
The impact is profound—complications from premature birth are the leading cause of death among children under five, accounting for 900,000 deaths in 2019.
However, there is hope: three-quarters of these babies could be saved with cost-effective care, such as access to essential medical support, proper nutrition, and neonatal interventions.
The risks extend beyond newborns. In 2020, WHO estimated that 287,000 women died from complications related to pregnancy or childbirth, highlighting the urgent need for improved maternal healthcare worldwide.
